Twin Functions Transducers can use 4, 8, 16, or 32 channels to measure vibrations and shock waves. Even under variable operating conditions, data can be captured on machines with complex drives using 4, 8, or 16 channels. The system tracks and manages changes in process and operating conditions, providing a reliable snapshot of equipment condition across the entire machine. Measurement tasks can be set up to trigger a single channel or multiple system units in parallel and synchronously.

iCMS Sureillance Online System is a compact, high-performance system that is perfectly suited for remote monitoring and setting up measurement point groups at various locations within an industrial environment.
Suitable for all types of applications, it offers the most powerful combination of existing measurement technologies, providing maximum flexibility for fault detection. iCMS Sureillance Online System is an ideal condition monitoring solution for several scenarios, including wind turbines, pumping stations, and auxiliary equipment. Fans and gearboxes (including planetary gears) are typical applications, and with its detection algorithm technology, it is also a suitable choice for low-speed applications (0.1-50 RPM). The system is available in four versions, each with a fixed channel configuration for shock wave and vibration measurement. All versions are equipped with multiple RPM and analog inputs as well as status outputs.
