A skilled analyst can perform the correct tests at the right time, accurately diagnose issues,
and assess their severity. Organizations with proficient condition monitoring analysts experience
lower maintenance costs and higher equipment reliability.We offer four levels of vibration analyst training,
in compliance with ISO standards and including testing. Upon successful completion of the training and tests,
participants can obtain the internationally recognized ISO 18436-2 certification.
CAT I provides a general introduction to condition monitoring, suitable for personnel with a high demand for maintenance skills. This level equips individuals with the knowledge and motivation to participate in improving equipment performance.
CAT II and CAT III are designed for expanding relevant knowledge and better leveraging the potential of vibration analysis to enhance machine reliability.
CAT IV involves conducting technical research, developing new methods, and overseeing the entire vibration analysis program.
We use a professional interactive training system. Upon enrolling in the course, you will gain access to the learning area where you can view course videos with quizzes to help you prepare. Our expertly developed course videos include 3D animations, Flash interactions, and powerful software simulations, making vibration analysis highly comprehensible.
